Return and refund policy

1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at care@jerseyslogo.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, jerseyslogo will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
